At mydaily, we're committed to a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your doorstep. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery policies.
Shipping locations
We currently ship across India. If you're located outside our standard shipping zones, please reach out to support@shopmydaily.in and we'll discuss available options.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: Free on all orders over ₹499. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
- International shipping: We do not currently ship outside India.
Delivery timeframe
Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 working days from order confirmation, depending on your pin code. Metro cities are usually faster (3 to 5 working days).
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday) are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can follow your package's progress from dispatch to delivery using that link.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, write to support@shopmydaily.in within 48 hours of the delivery date with clear photos of the parcel and the affected items. We'll investigate and either send a replacement or process a full refund, depending on the situation.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please email support@shopmydaily.in immediately with your order number and the corrected address.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is not available right now. We're working on faster options for select metros.
Do you ship Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. You can choose COD at checkout if it's supported in your area.
Will I be charged GST?
All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable GST. You'll receive a tax invoice with your order.
