Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at support@shopmydaily.in
  • Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will cancel the order and process the refund within 7 business days.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless:

  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • The product has physical defects.
  • An incorrect product was shipped.

To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@shopmydaily.in with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product seal has been broken.
  • The serial number has been tampered with.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and validate the claim.

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the return is deemed ineligible, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

Refund Processing:

  • For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days.

Insurance

  • We provide transit insurance, which remains valid until the product is accepted upon delivery.

Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

  • We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure smooth deliveries.
  • However, unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected shipping delays.
  • Our customer support team will provide timely updates regarding any such delays.
