
Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at support@shopmydaily.in
- Upon receiving the cancellation request, we will cancel the order and process the refund within 7 business days.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are not accepted unless:
- The product was damaged in transit.
- The product has physical defects.
- An incorrect product was shipped.
To request a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@shopmydaily.in with clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used.
- The product seal has been broken.
- The serial number has been tampered with.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and validate the claim.
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the return is deemed ineligible, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Refund Processing:
- For online payments, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days.
Insurance
- We provide transit insurance, which remains valid until the product is accepted upon delivery.
Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
- We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure smooth deliveries.
- However, unforeseen circumstances may cause unexpected shipping delays.
- Our customer support team will provide timely updates regarding any such delays.
